The CRL Universal Rotating Sealing Table speeds insulating glass production when applying foam spacer, butyl spacer or tubular spacer to the glass surface. This table is also used during application of any back-filling sealants such as Hot Melt Butyl, Urethane, Silicone, etc. Use it to seal single, double, triple and stacked insulating glass units weighing up to 250 lbs. (113.4 kg). The tabletop has a 4-1/4" (108 mm) vacuum cup attached to a pneumatic cylinder. The vacuum cup is raised and lowered by one 2" (50 mm) bore x 1" (25 mm) stroke pneumatic offset cylinder to hold the first glass panel in place while working. Table rotation is manual and uses a power brake to hold at any rotational position. Both the vacuum hold-down and braking systems are controlled via tandem foot-pedal controls. Swing-out support arms expand the top surface to support a 60" x 84" (1.52 x 2.13 m) panel. Work surface height is adjustable from 35-1/2" to 36-1/2" (901 to 927 mm). Shipping weight: 250 lbs.
