The CRL Jackson® Top Rod Extender is 24" (610 mm) Steel long, and is intended to extend the length of the top rod for doors over 84" (2.13 m) when used with the CRL Jackson® Concealed Vertical Rod Panic Exit Devices. The Extender Rod simply attaches to the standard main rod by using the supplied coupling nuts. Foam rubber silencers are provided to quiet rod operation.
