Our CRL Z-Series Round Type Radius Base Glass Clamps are designed to be used on glass thickness of 1/4" up to 1/2" (6 to 12 mm), and are available in either zinc or stainless steel. The clamps are the perfect solution for partitions, railings, windbreaks and countless other projects.


For securing the Z-Clamp to thin wall tubing (less than 1/8”), use CRL’s ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt and ZRNUT Rivet-Nut. For installation, drill a 17/32” (13.5 mm) hole, then install the Rivet-Nut using 34604 Heavy-Duty Thread Insert tool and 34618 5/16” Mandrel and Nosepiece.

NOTE: 1/2" (12 mm) notch is required if using the steel pin (included with the clamp) for additional glass support.

For Use With: 1-1/2" or 2" (38 or 50.8 mm) Diameter Round Tubing
Material: Choice of Zinc Constructed or Stainless Steel. Stainless Steel or Powder Painted Zinc Clamps are recommended for more durability in exterior applications.
Glass Fabrication:
  • For 1/4" (6 mm), 5/16" (8 mm), and 3/8" (10 mm) Thick Glass: 1/2" (12 mm) notch is required if using provided steel pin for glass support.
  • For 1/2" (12 mm) Thick Glass: 9/16" (14 mm) diameter hole required if using provided steel pin for glass support.
    Includes: Rubber Gaskets and Steel Pin (for optional use) with Grommet
    Replacement Hardware: CRL ZCS5X5BR for Replacement Screws & Replacement gaskets are available by ordering CRL Cat. No. Z38RG.


    Product Warning:

    For interior CRL recommends pinning each glass panel as required when the glass is not supported from the bottom edge to prevent glass panel slippage. Rubber gaskets and steel pins are provided with each clamp.
