The CRL Forklift Boom is an extendable 4 position boom with a maximum reach of 94-1/2" (2.40 m) and a maximum weight capacity in the fully retracted position of 4400 lbs. (1996 kg). Designed for use with 2 and 2.5 ton forklifts, the fork pockets measure 6.5" (165 mm) wide and 2.5" (64 mm) tall. Each boom comes with an attached safety chain to lock the boom onto the forklift mast. Lift position one is on the frame itself and measures 42.5" (1.08 m) with a 4400 pound (1996 kg) capacity. Position two is on the fully retracted boom at 55" (1.40 m) with a 3300 pound (1497 kg) capacity. Position 3 with boom partially extended to 74.8" (1.90 m) with a weight capacity of 2200 pounds (998 kg). When fully extended to position 4 the boom has a 94.5" (2.40 m) reach and a maximum weight capacity of 1100 lbs. (500 kg). Use the CRL Forklift Boom with CRL or Wood's below-the-hook vacuum lifting frames for moving heavy glass and windows in the shop or on the jobsite.
