The long taper on the CRL "Three-In-One" Drill makes it useful for drilling 3/16", 1/4" or 5/16" (4.8, 6.4 or 7.9 mm) holes. The convenient "step-down" feature makes a gradual opening in the glass, resulting in a cleaner cut. Proven to last longer, it drills cleaner holes faster than other drills. The 1" (25 mm) long tungsten carbide steel blade is great for drilling tile, ceramic, and glass. Use with CRL Diamond Coolant or Pure Gum Turpentine to cool the bit while drilling.

NOTE: Always wear the proper safety gear including gloves and eye protection when drilling glass. Work should be performed on a flat, horizontal surface. A Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (Cat. No. GF1) must be used when using any type of electric tool in conjunction with water or coolant. Failure to follow any of these precautions can result in operator injury.
