You can get a perfect diamond ground finish in a wide range of sizes and shapes using the CRL Diamond Router Bit. The 1/4" (6.4 mm) shank fits perfectly in our router systems and others that have matching fractional collets. DTC80 GL Diamond coolant should be used and directed at the contact point of inward rotation of the glass and diamond router bit.

Product Warning:

Diamond Glass Routing is a high speed operation that requires the proper equipment designed for this use only. Always wear the proper safety gear including protective eyewear when routing. Wet working tools should always be used with a ground fault circuit interrupter such as the CRL GF1. Failure to follow these and any other recommended precautions can result in injury.
