Misalignment of the Premium Balanced Door torsion tube can result in premature wear of component parts and void the warranty. The CRL Plumb Bob Alignment Tool, Cat. No. BDPS105, is designed to assist the installer in achieving proper vertical alignment between the head and sill during installation. The Plumb Bob Alignment Tool can also be used with Balancer-type balanced doors and installations without a factory supplied threshold. When using with a Balancer Door system assure that the magnet is centered on the top torsion tube pivot pin.
