This CRL Air Powered Muntin Bar Notcher provides an accurate burr-free notch cut, and requires no hand cleaning. The guide bar has a graduated rule and a sliding stop for accurately spacing notches along the bar. All die sections are fabricated from hardened and ground tool steel.

The Notcher comes with a hand-operated Switch, Air Hose, Cutting Chart, and one Punch and Die Set. The machine requires 50 to 250 psi of air pressure for operation. A sample of the Muntin Bar to be used is required when ordering, and extra Punch and Die Sets are available. Also, Multiple Head Muntin Notchers (up to five heads) are available for larger production shops. Contact CRL Technical Sales for machine details and specifications. F.O.B. Canton, Michigan.

When placing an order for this notcher the following are required:

1. Make of Muntin Bar

2. Size of Muntin Bar (Example - 3/16" by 5/8")

3. Four each 24" Muntin Bar samples sent to CRL Product Management in Los Angeles, CA. If Notcher is to be used with CRL Muntins, no samples are required.

4. Customer receives one Punch and Die Set with the Notcher.
