Directions from San Jose:
Take I-880 North to Union City. Take the Alvarado-Niles Road Exit. Go Right (East) approximately one mile to stop light at Dowe Avenue. Turn Left (North) and proceed 3/4 of a mile. CRL is on the Right (East) side of the street. It is a light gray building with a teal tile insert and has a four column entrance structure in front of it.

From Oakland:
